Business Support Services
We offer several types of business support service. These range from pre CQC registration services, through to business development and support. Below is a summary of what we have on offer.

You may choose to buy in support on an hourly basis or we can negotiate with you a contract package.
Below are the details of some of the current projects we are involved in.
Provider 1 – The provider is new to the market. They were a landlord offering highend accomodation. They wanted to move into supported living and are being supported with all aspects of the business set up. They are being supported with Marketing and the Costing of the Rent and Support Services. The support also includes understanding Housing Benefit (HB) rules in relation to supported living tenancies and maximising income from HB. They are also gaining support with contracting with the local councils and marketing their business.
Provider 2 – This is a supported living provider who needed helping increasing their rent. They had been supported to get an extra £50 each week per tenant, but wanted additional support to access the additional funding available and diversify their service.
Provider 3 – This is a a new supported living provider. They had already set up their service, but had issues with getting the correct rent. They are being supported to negociate with the local Housing Benefit department. They had not calculated their rent properly.
Provider 4 – They had a service which needed support to register with CQC. They were supported to negociate contracts with the local authority and register with CQC. The manager and company director have been receiving business coaching support.
